• To match your profile with startup opportunities according to your preferences.

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond delivering our core matching service.

3. Anonymity and Data Sharing

• Until you explicitly indicate interest in interviewing with a specific startup, we share only an anonymous version of your profile. This version excludes any personally identifying information, including your name, LinkedIn URL, company names, academic institutions, testimonials, or any other personal details.
• Your name and LinkedIn URL will be shared with a startup only after you choose to interview with them. We do not share your personal details with any third party before you opt in.
• We may disclose personal information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information you provide. However, no security system is completely secure. You acknowledge that there are inherent risks in transmitting and storing data online.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for six (6) weeks following the creation of your profile, regardless of whether you interview or match with a startup. After this retention period, all records of your personal information are permanently deleted from our systems.

Where applicable, you have the right to:

• Access and review the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
• Withdraw consent for sharing your details with startups before an interview.
